Manifesting and mindset work is a journey. I’m sharing what to expect and what you can experience. Set yourself up for success and how to be really gentle with yourself in the process.
One of the most important things when we are starting your journey is to have flexible expectations.
Often, what we want to do, is we want to rush to a finish line. Sometimes that finish line feels completely unachievable. We start feeling really overwhelmed. I want you to sit with the feeling and the emotion of patience. Can I step into just one essence and one piece of my life that I can improve?
It is a journey so it’s not like all of a sudden you’re going to start taking this mindset journey and race to the other side as a new person in two months. You are going to experience this slow gradual shift of flow but then you’re probably going to experience a lot of resistance too. That’s why having a coach is so important because we can see your resistance and we can guide you to become the authority in your business. We can give you a new perspective to help guide you to calm your nervous system.
Number one: slow the pace and still your expectations to flexibility. When you have flexible expectations, you’re going to release this outcome and you’re going to feel so much better.
Number two: you can not have tremendous growth in your journey without a general understanding of awareness. Start practicing the connection of awareness? Where does your awareness live? It’s living in your prefrontal cortex.
It’s the front part of your brain and when you start learning things. When you’re learning something new and you get really frustrated, that’s because your prefrontal cortex is on fire and it’s attached to your nervous system. The best thing to do in this moment is practice two days of the thoughts that are rolling around in your mind.
It’s time to become wildly aware.
Ask yourself, is this supporting change in a beautiful way or is keeping me the same? The moment you just become the observer of your thoughts, the more power you have.
Become wildly aware of the thoughts that you’re thinking and how your body feels. We manifest from our nervous system. If we change how we feel when our thoughts still pop up then you will respond in a way that is vastly different from how you used to respond.
Are you willing to step outside of your suffering and are you willing to learn something new? Are you willing to be uncomfortable a little bit longer to experience more comfort?
